In tally software a user have to activate any of the license to use it in an organization. For the purpose of education, tally education mode can be used. Here we can go through the licenses of TallyPrime. Activate new license This is used for a new user of Tally Prime, for first time. For that after installing tally prime the user have to enter the serial number and activation key that is purchased from Tally solutions. Reactivate existing license The existing users of tally can use this option. This can be used if the user have to change the computer, shift to tally prime from tally ERP9 etc. Use license from network In a multi user environment, the computers have to be networked through LAN networks and then the license can be accessed from the server to the other connected computers.
